RETURN OF GOODS
 The Customer has the right to cancel the Order at any time before the receipt of the Goods and after the receipt of the Goods - within 7 days* after the receipt of goods from the online store. 
 Return of the Goods of proper quality is possible if its resalable condition, factory tags, labels, consumer properties, as well as the document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the said Goods are preserved. Return of goods that were in use is not allowed**

2. Fill in the Return of Goods form.
3. Send the parcel at your expense by any delivery company to the address: office 2, 282/2 Mira St., Stavropol, the Stavropol Territory, 355017
4. Place the Return form together with the returned goods in a tight bag.
5. Period of processing and approval of return at the warehouse is from 1 to 4 business days.
6. After the refund is approved, we will make the refund transfer to the card or bank account within 1 to 10 banking days, for this purpose it is necessary to fill in full details for the transfer of money in the Return form. Please note that the refund depends on the speed of processing your transaction by your Bank and may take up to 30 banking days. 
7. Refunds are made after deducting the amount paid for shipping at time of placing the order***
